Often times an attorney will tout the number of things he or she can do. “I can do real estate and divorce and Patents etc.” That is NOT what the law firm is looking for. When a firm is seeking an Environmental Practitioner”, they want to see consistency of knowledge and experience throughout the candidates' profile. From Advanced Degrees in the specific field, to demonstrable successful results and length and depth of experience.

The law firm usually has the opening because one of their top clients needs servicing. Someone is retiring or the practice is expanding and you are filling that role. You are not being hired because of your good looks.

A top AM10- One of the best 10 law firms in the country has TWO openings for a Health Care Regulatory Attorney.
In addition: These two openings are available at any one of SIX offices nationwide. The offices are:
Boston, Chicago, D.C., New York, San Diego, San Fran.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years experience in health care regulatory matters and in the other opening the ideal candidate should have 5 to 10 years of health care regulatory, reimbursement and/or fraud & abuse experience.
The marketplace for new or lateral attorneys is very competitive and therefore any candidate should have consistent practice in Health Care throughout their career. In addition, the candidate should be able to demonstrate their expertise and experience through cases handled, clients worked for and impressive results.
Diversity is an added bonus as is working at any BIG LAW firm.
No surprises as to what else to expect from this position, but it should be of note that the compensation package is excellent and depends on the years in and experience and level of excellence in the field.

SENIOR REAL ESTATE ATTORNEY/COUNSEL
AA A top AM 100 law firm in the Philadelphia market is in need of a Senior Associate or Special Counsel for its well known Real Estate Practice Group.
The candidate should have 6-10 years experience. In addition, working within a similar law firm's real estate practice group is preferred.
Once again, the law firm itself, is well known and has an excellent reputation nationally as well as within the Philadelphia marketplace. In particular, this law firm is known for it's collegiality and workplace environment. The salary and compensation package is excellent,
The candidate should be able to demonstrate results and experience at a high level of competency. Experience with acquisitions and dispositions and other components of the practice should be easy to document.
This position is primarily within Commercial Sector of Realty.
Title Review, secured transactions, forbearance's, consents, equity transfers, assumptions etc.
Top tier law school, top credentials, demonstrable experience and results should be abundantly clear.
Any portable book would be a bonus as well.

When I first started this company it was in response to working as a legal recruiter for & with other firms that are more household names. For almost all,it was a numbers game.
